Medium Silver Motorcycle Half Cover - Nelson Rigg UV-2000-02-MD for Optimal UV Protection Review

One of the deciding factors in purchasing this half cover was the one year warranty. This is my second Nelson Rigg case and I have to say I'm a bit disappointed with the construction of the UV-2000 Half Cover. The full Falcon Defender case I have appears to be made from a thicker material and double stitched and heat treated which is in contrast to this UV 2000 half case. The built-in bungee cord is also thicker and stronger. These features didn't catch on with the UV-2000, which is a bit disappointing. This is a lightweight case. It protects the seat and handlebars from the sun, that's all I need. It gets a little hot here in Arizona at times, and the black seat and grips make the ride hot.
