Definitely tastes different than your OTC toothpaste! It took me a while to get used to this and I found that the paste gets thicker in the drain if you don't run warm water within a minute of using it. I've been using it for two months after a recent visit to the dentist. No new cavities and looks great! I was nervous about how much my dentist would notice the difference from my switch. All is well!

I love this toothpaste. I used to buy it from my local eco store but they switched it to a different brand. This toothpaste tastes a bit bland but not overly sweet like most other standard toothpastes. It has a runny texture and can be mixed with a little water if it ever gets lumpy. Overall I think I've found a toothpaste that I will stick with. I recommend trying it out, one glass is enough for about 6 months.

When I bought this product I was trying to avoid plastic but somehow managed to overlook the fact that colloidal silver was an ingredient. If you google this ingredient, it won't come up as something to put in your mouth or take orally. Of course I'm going to throw away that toothpaste and just make my own.
