🎒 Versatile Nelson Rigg RG-025R Rigg Gear Rear Fender Bag Incorporating Tool Roll - Black/Grey, 1 Pack Review

I've had a rear fender pack for a few weeks and have ridden it 4 times. Of course, I can't give a long-term assessment, but what I've understood so far is that it's very well built. I packed quite a few tools and parts in it and although I had to push and push to zip it up, the zip never closed and the material felt taut at all. It comes with a nice roll up tool pouch and I love the molle webbing on top. There is room to expand!

The material looks durable and the zips are of good quality. You need to drill 4 holes in the fender so be careful. The tool roll is a good addition for the price and has enough space for everything I need on the go. Installed on a crf250x and the tail light is still visible. It would be nice to have some sort of quick release buckle that you can remove for washing or just move the pack between bikes. But at this price point with the included toolset I can't complain too much.

Not waterproof but will keep your stuff dry enough if you don't submerge your bag in water or ride in the rain for a long time. After riding many miles with the front loops of the bag firmly attached to the hooks on the back of the seat of my Honda CRF250L and the bungee straps and rear loops tucked into the rear hooks of my bike, the bag has not ripped or fallen off a 6 or 6 7 pounds of stuff bouncing around in it. Great bag for the rear fender of off-road bikes. Perfect fit and size, build quality is excellent. I have purchased many Nelson Riggs products over the years and unlike some other companies these guys have maintained their high quality standards. I'd recommend buying their little combination lock that's made for this bag, not for theft (a sharp blade can go through like any other heavy cloth material), but surprisingly, on a fairly aggressive ride, the zipper can come loose and you can't find…
