I bought this because Michelle Pham uses it and because I've heard that Korean skincare products are better than any other skincare product. I started using this as a first step in my skincare routine two weeks ago and I feel my face is more hydrated than before. The only downside of each container is 150ml which doesn't last long when applied to the neck and face area.

yes it moisturizes but it broke me and made me look greasy. Someone actually commented on how sweaty I looked while using it. It also feels dry and easily irritated when applied for any reason. I didn't notice a brightening effect. A general disappointment as it was very expensive and I had high hopes for it. I will still use the rest of the bottle for rough spots on my body although it seems fine for that.

Discoloration gone - been using for a few weeks, skin looks great. You must stop, take a break, and restart after a month to continue seeing results.

I love the essence and love that it helps my skin hydrate when applied right away but I need more. I have very dry eczema prone skin so this is the first of many products I use to combat overly dry skin but it doesn't irritate me and I notice a difference when I'm not using it! If you don't have eczema then I think this is a great self care product.

I use both essence and serum and I really like them. I heard from YouTube that they are similar to SKII, only the price is too high.
