It's nice to have a spare in case one gets lost.

Very good grip on ice and muddy terrain. I use these cleats on my NEOS stabilizer boots when riding on icy roads and in thick mud/dirt. Make sure your studs are tight before you take off and you're done.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Doubtful

Doesn't fit

They don't match the STABIL ICER soles I bought at the same time. You needed a screw with a 1/2 thread:. Requires installation in a metal nut, like a receiver. Nothing wrong with the product except that it doesn't fit. Fits perfectly to Stabilicer MAXX2!

If you have a newer MAXX2 Stabilicer these replacement cleats will fit you perfectly! These spikes have a 1/4-28 thread that screws into a metal insert built into the outsole of the new MAXX2. They will NOT fit the old original Stabilicer model that uses pointed screws. All you need to take out the old spikes and put in the new ones is an inexpensive 1/4-inch wrench, available at any hardware store.

Pros
  • Sleek and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly crumpled
