Suitable for new mothers

I have a newborn sleeping in my room and I need a dim light when he wakes up at night. As soon as he starts screaming, there's no way I want to fiddle with the switch. And a night light wouldn't be enough to change diapers. This light illuminates the room without supporting me. Doesn't bother the child either. It's bright enough for me to read with (maybe because it's my bedside lamp).

Incandescent bulbs are best for the eyes

Can't speak to reliability or effectiveness but they are very damaging to the eyes. I thought it would be good for my new office but it would be a big NO. I don't know, maybe my eyes just weren't used to this color, but it didn't calm me down at all. As if I were in the sun and had to partially close my eyes. I had to switch to a regular lightbulb and now no problem. I tried anyway. I will definitely be returning these lamps. It may work for some but not for me.

I bought them because they are amber. The blue light keeps me awake and I wanted the amber light to read in bed when getting ready for bed. I love them except I want them to be the same color but a little lighter. Now I have to use a flexible neck to pull the lamp closer to the book and in the book I read recently the chapter headings were small and I couldn't read them in that light. long time. I have a CF 2300K in my 'after 8pm' gooseneck next to a chair in another room and it's bright enough
