This product is not like the deep cleansing cream that you buy in the store. The consistency is runny, does not smell or clean like the original product. I suspect this is being sold as a Revain discount product because it failed quality control at Neutrogena and is now available wholesale here. I think it's reasonable for the price but not when the product is in the same packaging and under the same brand name. They haven't used anything resembling the same for years. I have used this product as a dual purpose makeup remover and cleanser but it removes my makeup not completely. It left marks on my face and when I walked over a Neutrogena facial tissue I saw how much was left. I switched to another product that removes makeup and suits my problematic skin.

It has a very strong smell, not at all pleasant, it tingles the face when applied, it is not recommended to wash it too close to the to wash your eyes with it. Dries normal to dry skin, probably good for oily skin. I was hoping to find something less expensive than Garnier Face Cream Facial Cleanser that is gentle and suitable for normal to dry skin.
