The pods are a good size but are too dry which means Neutrogena has to add more liquid to the jar to get more product into the pod. In addition, it is difficult to put the pan lid on straight, which allows the pads to dry. I always have to put liquid eye makeup remover on the other half of the pads as they are so dry and rough. The product needs improvement!

I decided to try some eye makeup remover pads when I realized it was impossible to remove mascara and eyeliner stains from my white washcloths. (Even bleach didn't help and they looked awful!)
