I LOVE these cleaning wipes. However, I don't like ordering one thing and receiving another. In the product description there are 3 bonus packages. I only received 1 bonus pack as clearly stated on my packaging. So I'm missing 14 towels. I sent the product back last week with an explanation of the problem and received the same thing a second time. Wrong, but I don't know how to fix it.

I have been using this product for many years and I find that it still meets my needs. I like the softness of these wipes and the fact that after you've removed your makeup, you can wash them off and continue using them to rinse your face again with plain water.

I like this product although I think it is very expensive and I often look for cheaper alternatives. My complaint lies in the packaging of this particular supplier. It looks like they just added five separate products and a few separate gifts instead of the nice cardboard packaging and lovely individual add-on packs that I've enjoyed with previous purchases. Maybe it's because of this seller. I will try to avoid them in the future.
