lead time! ....!!! good for me

Was rubbing my head for the first so many miles. Now they're hacked and I live on them. I have problems with my feet and NB always helps me. Love her.

    Pros
    • I liked the quality of this pair, they are made in the USA...but they seem a little tight even in the earlier wide range.
    Cons
    • Not as comfortable as my previous pair.

    Excellent stability in my rating

After installing Superfeet and removing due to heavy squeaks (fixed with baby powder) they are supportive, comfortable and I hope they wear out.

    Pros
    • Quality
    Cons
    • Lack of arch support

    Great walking shoes

I know it's a running shoe, but that's how you run at my age. They fit well, look good and are comfortable for longer walks. This is the second pair I bought on short notice because I really liked the first pair and wanted to make sure they wouldn't stop making them on me.

    Pros
    • So far, so good
    Cons
    • They look great, fit perfectly and are very comfortable.

    The best shoes for orthotics

There are few shoes on the market that are ideal for orthotics. This is one of them. In addition, this shoe is resistant to toe wear.

    Pros
    • I sent them back unsatisfied
    Cons
    • Wears out easily with frequent use

    Revainrating 1 out of 5

    The product went up.

I have been buying New Balance for many years. Unfortunately they have become too painful to wear at the set price point. no thanks more

    Pros
    • Great for heavy people
    Cons
    • Prolonged wearing may cause blisters or hot spots.

    New Balance offers motion controls

Excellent runner with motion controls. If you have flat feet and haven't bought a motion control shoe yet, do yourself a favor and buy one.

    Pros
    • Great fitting and looking shoes.
    Cons
    • I wear very large ones, but this model (especially the black one) runs a little small. But these are good shoes.

Size and size chart are the best in my rating

The size ordered according to the dimension grid is not correct. The size delivered was larger than indicated in the table. Shoes have been returned

    Pros
    • I like them. I just can't wear them for long.
    Cons
    • Not suitable for extreme weather conditions

My dearest! the best in my rating

These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had on my feet and the motion controls negate my overpronation and keep my feet pointed in the right direction. I love these shoes and what a pity that New Balance is discontinuing them. I just don't understand how they make decisions.

    Pros
    • Excellent value for money and quality
    Cons
    • New Balance made a huge mistake by dropping the original 1012 platform and replacing it with these lame sneakers.

    Revainrating 1 out of 5

    Not very comfortable.

The top of the shoe seam over the ankle/big toe bone causes toe pain. The seam is poorly done where there is pain when walking/running fast. You need to iron out that seam somehow.

    Pros
    • Replace the product as it is damaged. Can I refund the money please?
    Cons
    • Not suitable for people with plantar fasciitis or other foot conditions.

    Revainrating 2 out of 5

    Fakes are possible.

I've been wearing these shoes for several months and they're already falling apart. I have bought many New Balances in the past and have never had any problems like this, leading me to suspect that they may be counterfeit.

    Pros
    • Nice looking shoes but I'm a heavy person and the cushioning wasn't to my liking.
    Cons
    • Not effective for sprint or speed training

    Revainrating 1 out of 5

    Terribly hard and uncomfortable

I'm so disappointed in them. I love New Balance shoes but these are the worst shoes I have ever worn and they cost over $100! I bought them to walk in but they hurt all the bones and muscles in my legs. You are so heavy!

    Pros
    • As expected
    Cons
    • Limited customization options

    Recommend for hiking

Measure your foot at your local New Balance store to find the correct shoe size for your foot. Before you put your shoes on, make sure you tighten the bottom of the laces. Wait a while to break in your shoes. I've been using New Balance for 9 years now. I don't recommend this shoe if you run on concrete as it's quite bulky even if the sizing and fit is right. The shoes are suitable for jogging (but not for running). . It is great for hiking as the voluminous bottom provides extra comfort when…

    Pros
    • Order half a size smaller
    Cons
    • Lack of cushioning support for long-distance runs.

I love the new balance, though

These shoes are not as comfortable as the old NB shoes I bought. I work in a busy trauma center in the ER and need good shoes. These aren't the best. I wish they wouldn't discontinue the ones I bought every 6 months or so. I noticed that they creak a lot when walking. strange ha! I finally put some baby food under the insoles and they stopped squeaking so much.

    Pros
    • Comfortable, great fit
    Cons
    • It lacks breathability

"Cruel shoes " is good for me

I've worn the New Balance MW925 and MW927 first walkers before with no problems, but these 1340 V3 had a band of hard material just in front of the tongue that pressed on the top of the foot, midway between the toes and the ankle. I tried wearing them all day with the intention of breaking them, but the pain was too much and I gave up.

    Pros
    • Help keep your feet comfortable
    Cons
    • very unstable shoes

Comfortable show - my new review

I can't think of anything I don't like about shoes. I walk a lot as a museum guide and these shoes are very comfortable to walk for hours on a concrete floor. Also, I have a hammer toe and the upper forefoot design of the shoe allows for an uncomfortable/pain free wear.

    Pros
    • I liked the comfort, no insoles needed.
    Cons
    • It wasn't the same as the ones I've been buying at New Balance stores for years. Like a cheater. I am back.

    13 xxw (6E) - my new review

As someone with custom insoles after foot/ankle surgery they fit perfectly. As you might expect, a break is required. Wish New Balance would offer these larger sizes wider with the added width. After having my feet digitally measured for orthotics, I was advised on which sizes to try first. Finding the right size is the most important part of buying shoes or sneakers. I have one foot 13 4E and the other almost 14 but 6E (surgical foot) 14 4E or 6E is too big. 13 4E to the stop. The next step…

    Pros
    • The shoes meet my running needs. The price is correct!
    Cons
    • Limited cushioning properties

    Fit for size: my rating

The great thing about New Balance is that they fit true to size. I have a wide foot and NB always fits. Longtime consumer of NB shoes.

    Pros
    • Very important.
    Cons
    • Expensive

My husband has a very wide foot with left calf muscle atrophy. Helps keep his leg straight and helps him balance. He really likes the shoes but he complained about the price.

    Pros
    • My feet love New Balance shoes and they are exceptional. Highly recommended
    Cons
    • Uncomfortable for people with wide feet.

    Terrible shoes: Athletic

Worst New Balance shoes I've ever worn. I've worn NB for over two decades and have never experienced the level of discomfort this shoe causes. The top of the sock constantly pinches my toes and creates a sore line that makes them completely unwearable. This design needs to be dropped and New Balance needs to start from scratch.

    Pros
    • New
    Cons
    • A few cons

This version of the shoe hurts

I have been buying the 1340 line of shoes for many, many years now. The V3 version is the most uncomfortable shoe I've ever worn. My legs hurt when I carry them. I thought they might need to stretch, which hasn't been necessary with any other version of these shoes. After wearing them for a month, my feet hurt and generally hurt. I went back to my old pair of these V2s and my feet feel great. I need to find a new line of shoes that offer the same level of support as this one.

    Pros
    • I have my fingers crossed
    Cons
    • I puke
