I really wanted my son to like these shoes. They look nice and fit well, they came and recommended the Huchlu for my search, but the velcro only came loose from the fabric after 1.5 months of use! Now they're useless unless I want my son to walk around with the fabric sticking out when he wears them. If they fixed this problem I would buy again. 2 stars for poor quality.

Fits as expected. Bought as school uniform and will work for now. They need a little revving up as my kid reported that they felt tight at first. The materials are of mediocre quality and probably won't last more than 3 months, but by then he'll probably outgrow them anyway!

Dirty - size 1. Clean - size 2. I accidentally bought a large size and kept it for myself instead of returning it. My son is now a size 2 and the new size 2 is too small. Also too late to return size 2. waste of money

I bought these for my 13 year old son who takes ninja warrior classes based on my teacher's recommendations on how good the New Balance is. We are 6 months old and the velcro straps have fallen apart so the shoes aren't holding up. I'm also trying to contact customer service, but New Balance Online only accepts returns on purchases made through their website.

Within the first week one boot began to develop a plastic overlay around the toe and eyelets. No idea how to get a replacement.

The shoes fit well but the laces quickly came undone and the tongue literally fell out of the boot! They lasted about six weeks before they started falling apart. I had them ready when my son was ready for the next shoe size and I'm disappointed with how quickly they went bad. I would understand if the tread or toe cap wore out, but actual falling apart due to poor construction is unacceptable.

I am unable to get any help from the seller regarding this issue - this item was returned last month and is still showing as 'in transit' and will be billed next month. Not satisfied as the item was too big for my 3 year old and was sent back at the right time.

The velcro lasted 2 weeks we super taped it and it helped last another 3 weeks so for the price of this shoe it's not worth the money as it falls apart as quickly as the Walmart brand velcro.

My son can put them on and take them off with little effort. The Velcro stays attached and is easy to wash. Our second couple and they do not disappoint.

We had many NB shoes for my son who is now almost 4 years old. He has a wider foot so they are comfortable. I'm sure he's tough on shoes like most toddlers and this one is holding up well. He also loves colors.

Sent the first pair back after being worn at the door 3 times. Now with the second pair and after 2 months the material came loose from the Velcro. This is not a cheap shoe, seems like it should last a little longer and be more durable.

I like shoes very much. The only negative I would say is that my son has wide feet and the strap didn't have full velcro to begin with, but the third time he put them on they stretched and fitted perfectly.

We already had these shoes in a smaller size. We loved it so much that when our 3 year old needed a bigger size we got the same version, just bigger! He likes them, they last as long as he needs them (before he appreciates them), and they're good value.
