Atypical size NB

They definitely didn't fit compared to other New Balance sneakers. The length was slightly shorter and the toe box didn't match the extra width.

Pros
  • Right size, good fit. They seem to have to withstand the constant movement of a six-year-old.

  • This brand may not be as well known or trusted by parents and guardians as other established brands, making it a less than desirable choice for some.

Suitable for SMO/AFO braces

I love the new balance because of the xwide option. I'm buying these for my daughter's SMO braces and they fit well without being too bulky.

Finally really wide shoes for the little ones!

These are the very first tennis shoes our grandson wore! He has a very wide and thick foot and so far he has only been able to carry crocodiles! They have a stretchy material that is also very comfortable. He doesn't want to take them off. I will definitely buy more when I grow up.

Very little rating

Tiny. I ordered two pairs of New Balance in the same size. One pair fitted perfectly but my daughter couldn't fit into these shoes.

Live looks better!

These shoes look way cooler in person, the gray tone is more like a silver glitter color and the blue color is very light. My 6 year old son really liked them and said they were very comfortable. However, they run a little small, so it is better to take half a size larger.

Great kids shoes!

My daughter loves these sneakers! We first bought them for a trip to Disney World and she wore them every day. She loved them so much when we bought the second of the first pair. The only complaint I have is that they sometimes come undone, which can be a pain because no matter how tight you tie them, they sometimes come undone, but that's not enough to stop us from buying another pair :)
