Completely different shoe than pictured. I ordered because I wanted shoes that laced fully with real laces; However, I received shoes with a crossed elastic and Velcro on top. non-durable shoes; it's barely a step above baby walker shoes.

These are the best shoes if your kids have wide feet. They are also very comfortable and cute! They always fit perfectly. My daughter outgrows them before they wear out.

My 3.5 year old grandson loves his new Zs as he calls them. They fit well (size 9.5 wide) and are easy to put on and take off. They are also very comfortable and support his feet.

First I did not receive the shoes I ordered (ordered grey, received red). I paid less than $20 for them and the red didn't bother me so it was fine. Second, there was no Velcro, just elastic artificial laces. Again, no big deal. This shoe definitely doesn't feel as durable or premium as other New Balance styles I've bought for a 2 year old. I bought this shoe in 2 sizes: 11.5w for my son and 9w for my daughter. Oversized shoes as shown with laces and raised logo. The design of the smaller shoe is slightly different with a Velcro closure and a flat silver emblem. I think the difference is in the picture and what you get, just in smaller sizes. I bought these shoes for my son and daughter (grey-blue and pink/turquoise). Toddler size for my son including laces and for my daughter with velcro. I recently bought another pair of new size 10 scales for my son (his typical size) and they just fit and he complained they were uncomfortable so I went for a size 11 in that style.
