Fits well, but not for long. We try to stick with New Balance for all of our boys' running shoes and are mostly very satisfied. On the other hand, they seriously deteriorated in just 2.5 months.

Finding children's shoes that are wide enough for my child with Down Syndrome is not easy. New Balance offers the ultra wide shoes AS EXPECTED: They are wide enough to accommodate ultra wide feet. Thank you New Balance for shoes that I can order online and know they actually fit.

Nice and roomy with good cushioning and cute styling. Seems to hold up well to almost daily wear (over 8 hours at a time on feet).

Very convenient. I bought these for my 37 year old daughter from 7 Kids Wide. Great fit. She said she could walk in it for a long time. I will be buying a pair for my grandson who walks on tiptoe and I think they will give him more support and I love that they are wide and extra wide.

Great looking shoes with real rubber soles aren't all foam soles you see today. This shoe is medium weight and of excellent quality. Arch support is good, so let's buy a new balance! My son would like elastic laces as he has some OT issues but they are easy to replace!

He liked the color and how comfortable they are. I liked that I didn't have to juggle sizes. He got on his feet perfectly. He had enough width without having to order widths that are usually too big for his foot. I can't wait to see how fast he can destroy them! 6 year old boy being very rough with shoes!

My son has very wide feet. It was so difficult for him to find really wide shoes. I can never find his shoes in most stores. Most brands say "wide" but end up saying "narrow". You are perfect. The width is perfect. Also in size. I ordered his foot size from a shoe store and they were perfect. I definitely recommend a very loose fit.

Personally, I'm having a hard time finding shoes at the moment as I'm allergic to the new mesh material used in every other breathable athletic shoe currently available. My feet itch and swell and also burn and itch, it's just awful. i love purple Also, how can I go wrong with a new balance, I've never been disappointed and love supporting American made products.

So far so good. We ordered the 7 XW and it lives up to our expectations. It only lasted a week so can't comment on durability but it's comfortable with plenty of padding in the healing area and ankle. Not as stiff as some of the other NB series we've tried. We only order NBs because they tend to last longer than Nike and other brands and because they have wide and extra wide options.
