Shoes disappointing

Reviews must be fake because they are pretty bad. The name "Fresh Foam" gave me the impression that the shoe has a certain amount of cushioning. I think fresh cardboard would be more appropriate. They're cute but feel cheap and don't offer any support whatsoever. I love New Balance in general, but unfortunately this order fell through.

Not for running. at Athletic

I was thrilled with the Arishi V1 BC, the reviews were great and the price couldn't be beat! Now I got it. It's not like walking on clouds at all (as someone wrote). First impression was like walking on wood or something very hard. It doesn't work small either. I increased the size by 0.5 and I totally regret it. My true size would fit perfectly. I was going to return the BC size but the price was so good I decided to take it to the gym one day and try to disassemble it a bit. After a few…

First time disappointed with NB

I have been loyal to the New Balance brand for many years. My previous three pairs of shoes were NB, they fit great and were great quality. They are too big and seem a lot cheaper. I wear a size 7.5 M and they fit me like a size 8 W. I decided to keep them because they only cost about $26 in my size and I made the mistake of ordering something that didn't comes with Prime so I had to pay to get it back. . I suppose I was suspicious of the quality because of the price, but I've gotten great…

You look good. Don't put the big "N " on the side.

Bought in 9w even though my foot is 8 1/2w. They are never wide enough and don't have an extra 8 1/2. I read where the reviews said they stretch so I tried wearing them and stretching. My legs are in bad shape due to arthritis. I had a quarter sized blister on my right leg. Haven't given up. The second time I put them on my right leg hurt so much after about an hour that I had to take them off. The third time I put on thinner socks. I've been wearing them for 6 hours now. Things aren't going…

The barrel is very big

I am returning these shoes because they are too big. I usually wear a size 10, sometimes a 9.5. The tag on these shoes says they are a size 10 but they should be a size 11. Additionally, there's plenty of room in the upper part of the sneaker above the laces, and they're also a bit wide, making for an oddly loose and loose fit. look collected when laced tightly enough. Not sure I would have ordered a smaller pair, still deciding. I got them for only $25, other colors and sizes cost around $40…

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Useless features

I can't love her enough!

I'm new to running (about 5 months) and it took me 10 pairs of running shoes to feel comfortable. Yes, I probably should have done a professional fit and saved a few hundred bucks, but I didn't, and here they are. I have almost every brand from Aleader ($20 and a really good sneaker) and Asics ($160 etc) and these are by far my favorites. I wanted an ultra-lightweight shoe with good arch support and overall cushioning that wouldn't "burn my toes." I don't know if there's a technical term for it

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Makes me nervous
