Best Washable Stabilizer

This is the best stabilizer for towels, terrycloth, cotton, satin and many other fabrics. I've tried many different brands and this one gives by far the best and cleanest result. There are also no folds of fabric here; Anything left over from cutting is washed off with water.

TERRIBLE BUYER BEWARE

Does not dissolve in cold or hot water. First time using it for something and totally screwed it up. Many prefer tear-off sheets to rolls. Too many fibers. Looks like half of what it should be.
