Works well but very expensive for so little money.

This cleansing water is mixed with oil and removes eye make-up really well. I love the consistency and how it feels on my skin. I don't think it removes waterproof mascara very well, but I don't wear it that often at all, and nothing but thick, oily cleansing balms really help, so I won't blame this product. .
