Horrible Memory Foam Cushion

after a few months everything went flat, the seat is really hard now. a little uncomfortable, but otherwise the chair holds up well. Also, the pulleys will loosen and need to be retightened, so hold on to that little wrench. I would recommend Loctite.

The quality is disappointing

Super fast delivery to New Zealand but very expensive when the shipping cost is almost double. The workmanship is very poor, typical Chinese don't give a damn about the equipment, they just don't fit the price. The knee pad is very crooked and looks silly because the threaded insertion holes for the mounting screws are in the wrong place (see pictures).

Pretty to look at but the seat gets very hot

I'll start by saying that this chair is very beautiful live. The solid wood frame is very nice. Whatever the seat, it keeps you warm and after 30 minutes I'm uncomfortable, after an hour I have to change chairs, so hot and uncomfortable. Kept for use elsewhere in the house it is very pretty and fine for short term use plus I don't want to take it apart and send it back. In general, definitely not useful in the office for long periods of time.
