Mailer of very good quality but could have used a much better closure with a solid thick velcro strap. As I walked to my car after receiving my order, the heavy pizza box began to slide out, revealing flimsy Velcro straps, but I was able to quickly grab the pizza box before it spiraled out of the tote. For the price, the delivery pouch keeps food super warm, but I recommend getting enough sticky strips as there just aren't enough.
