Here is such a full fluffy skirt as in the photo. These are strips of tulle that are difficult to work on to get a pretty pose. You can't hide a diaper underneath and it's sheer enough to show off a baby's tiny butt so you have to get creative, but the texture is so rough on their skin that they don't want to wear it. There are other brands that are much better!
