My first grandson is a boy and I bought these to keep his toes warm. Your feet are the part of your body furthest from your heart, and they tend to get cold first. After living in my daughter's stomach at 98 degrees and going to the air-conditioned world at this time of year, his fingers are prone to colds. Had to adjust ankle buckles

These booties are so soft and warm, perfect for keeping my cute boy's feet warm in the winter. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the ankle boots kept falling off because the closure around the ankle couldn't pull a bit tighter. I was able to solve this problem by buying an extra velcro and sewing it on the ankle (right next to the other velcro) so that the closure closes a little tighter. I love these! Who doesn't love children's shoes, right? Pros: rich dark blue color, goes a lot, doesn't pill when washed. Little tiny buttons! Sure they're fake, but damn if they ain't adorable.
