Excellent rope. Maybe you prefer the 100 feet.

Excellent Rope. Got a shorter size which has its pros and cons. I ended up buying another rope for longer rappers but this one will serve me well.

Pros
  • Durable Test Results
Cons
  • Tape

Has many picks on the rope

When I opened it up there were several spots along the entire length of the rope where the core white threads were pulled through the sheath. this is a draft. It's also quite stiff, making it difficult to tie knots. I'm sure this will ease up over time.

Pros
  • Excellent price
Cons
  • Negative impression

Perfect for modifying climbing pole rope

Used to replace the straps on my climbing poles. It's a static rope so won't stretch under load, which is what you need for hanging tree stands and monkey bars. Can also be used as a light secondary lineman belt to get around branches etc.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Modern

strong, rigid on the rope

I am convinced of the carrying capacity of this rope. Nobody advertises how "flexible" a rope is, so I bought a climbing rope hoping it would be "softer." It is not. This stuff is still pretty hard. I understand that this is an accessory cable and that it is cheap. I wouldn't want to use this in any kind of survival or rescue situation. It is too hard.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Transparency

Prussian rope isn't very good

Bought this as a climbing rope but it's too stiff to hang safely or quickly on less than 13mm cord. It will grab and hold the knot well with some effort, but if you're doing Prussik, buy something better. Notch is a great rope made especially for the Prussians. For an additional $10, you get 10x better quality rope and you won't regret the upgrade. I will say that this rope is good for loops because it is so stiff that it keeps its shape and makes it easier. to get a foot in

  • Good thing

Poor quality, holds knots permanently

This is a rope with a core. The problem is that the mantle is too liquid over the core. You can very easily move the shell one way and then the other and the result is stiff and very flexible and even fluffy spots. Also, almost all laptops that are tied down and placed under the load cannot be untied. Even a moth cannot be untied. I resorted to using it as cheap rope around the house. I will definitely not buy any more Chinese rope under this brand or any other.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • protection
