Newest_HP WLED Backlit I5 7200U 802 11AC Bluetooth Review

I ordered this laptop to replace the one that fell down. It arrived five hours earlier than expected and loaded with no issues. Life saver as I am a teacher who has to work on the internet. I am very grateful that it arrived without delay. My only negative comment is that Windows 10 had to be disabled to then allow me to install Google Chrome. The school district is taking full advantage of Google. It was tedious, but once it was solved I was able to get to work pretty quickly.

I bought two of these, one each for my son and daughter who needed them for virtual learning this school year. After a little over a month, my daughter's laptop stopped working and just showed a gray screen when turned on. We tried all of HP's support offerings, both online and over the phone with a technician for over an hour. Nothing helped. The worst thing is that HP won't exchange the laptop even though it's only about a month old! We need to send them the laptop so they can try to fix it…

It's not a touchscreen but this laptop has worked wonders for me. Works great, I've had no trouble playing retro games but haven't had any trouble running or recording in my audio software either. Great laptop
