Smaller than pictured but true to file size. Assembling is not a problem - 2 people recommend but I did it myself. But a lot of parts. On the back is just cardboard.

The product was difficult to assemble (no clear instructions) and the finished product looks cheap and not very sturdy once fully assembled. I would not recommend buying this product. As a bonus, shipping took a month longer than the other 3 tabletop items.

Both of my devices arrived damaged (not due to shipping). The blocks can be easily connected with just a screwdriver. The wood on the door panels looks high quality - you buy that. The rest is cheap laminated chipboard with flimsy hardware. It looks good when it is standing still, but when you touch it you can feel the cheapness of this device.

This filing cabinet is designed to only hold file sizes without the adjustable rails of a regular filing cabinet. The material is cheap IKEA style MDF as mentioned in other reviews. Cheap furniture is relatively easy to assemble, but MDF breaks easily if something is overtightened. Also, it looks good, it just seems very cheap, and it's annoying that I can't set it up for use. I'm willing to pay half of what we paid for this item considering what you get. . This piece has no bottom and the back is a 1/16" piece of cardboard. A piece is missing. The cams did not properly lock all 4 screws on the top, so despite our best efforts, there is a gap on one side where the top is is attached..This is complete crap, I don't recommend it to anyone.

Excellent quality and design. It took a while to put together but in the end it was solid and looked good. Much better material than we expected. Although some parts are made from high quality MDF, we were pleasantly surprised to find others are made from real solid wood. The item came with a damaged front panel on the bottom drawer with 2 large cracks. In addition, there were 3-4 cases when the product broke during normal assembly. Even with the gentlest of practices, it is impossible to assemble this item without damaging it. The quality of the product does not reflect the perceived value you would get for a $150 piece of furniture. If you take your time and follow the instructions, it will take around 2 hours to set up. If you think this is IKEA furniture you are 100% right. Essentially thin chipboard. Several reviews talked about how difficult the transfers were. I didn't find them particularly difficult to follow; just needs time. Think Ikea again. By attaching the slides to the two smaller drawers, you screw them directly into the grain of the chipboard. I'm not sure how they thought it was supposed to go, but it split in two places. and I was quite careful and considered. Everything fits together well…
