Waist was a bit tight on them (ordered 5t, fits more like 3t in strap but 5t in buttocks) but stretched well within minutes. They do their job. If my son accidentally starts potty training, it's absorbent enough to keep my couch from getting wet, but not so absorbent that he doesn't care if it's wet.

They are great for potty training, they definitely help us have a lot fewer accidents than traditional pull ups and maybe my failures are because my son is on the spectrum or because he is stubborn. Feces won't get stuck in the fabric and rinses out easily, but only withstands 1-2 urine samples before you end up with a wet pair of pants. If you plan to be out and about while your little one wears these pants, I would definitely look for an airtight bag or bring a change of clothes. They're not…

I bought these for my son even though he is potty trained. They are very soft and comfortable for him. I also like that they are double lined on the front because if there are small leaks they are usually checked. The few accidents he's had helped a lot with less cleaning, but I definitely wouldn't call them airtight. Also, some types, like wonderful pictures, peel off fairly quickly, but not so much on prints like these. I still buy them because I think they are very comfortable for my son.
