Nike Downshifter Sneaker Black White Men's Shoes in Athletic Review

They were exactly 11 months and the sole had already come off. To make matters worse, when I requested the warranty, the Goodsprings seller referred me to Revain and Revain would not allow me to make a claim. To make matters worse when I complained directly to Nike as they have a two year guarantee they say to look at the manufacturer date on the shoe. To my surprise, they sold me shoes that are already 2 years old, so I'm not covered by the warranty. Next time I'll go to Footlocker or a Nike…

Just 2 months after receiving the sneakers and after limited use (as seen in the photos) both developed holes in the thumb area. The back of the right one also cracked, revealing what appeared to be a plastic tip (see the green circle in the last photo). It hurts me and makes the shoe completely unusable. I've never had to throw away my running shoes so early. Really bad quality. I've been a regular Nike customer ever since. Extremely disappointed.

So. Nike has two major shoe factories, neither of which appear to be in America, and the two countries don't rely on the same unit of measurement. As a result, the shoes in the two factories differ slightly in "size". I wore a size 12 for a long time but apparently the area I live in started getting shoes from another factory about ten years ago and I started wearing a size 11.5 - I don't know from where they have these shoes but they are half size small.

The right shoe appears to be off center. I constantly walk on the edge of my shoes and it makes walking/running very uncomfortable. Unfortunately I waited too long to try the shoes on after receiving them and was unable to return them. Will have to buy a new pair.

First, the Nike Downshifter 9 is a great shoe. I ended up paying $50 more than retail for these shoes as I really wanted them in red/black and they were the only seller with a size 11. This seller sent shoes that had clearly been worn before. and the box was held together with a rubber band. (Visible dirt on the inside of the shoe.) They were NOT brand new in the box as advertised.

The most uncomfortable shoes I've ever tried. If your toes are no higher than a dime, pull your toes tight onto the top grid. Really bad. Has anyone from Nike ever tried them on?

The item is listed as "male" but my order description says "female" and will be shipped as female. This was very inconvenient as it was supposed to be a gift. Now I don't know if that will happen again if I reorder and nobody calls to check. Very disappointing

Above are my downshifter 7s which I bought over 4 years ago. They survived basic military training and walked countless miles. They have traveled the world as my everyday shoes. If these shoes hold up like my others, they'll be the easiest money I've spent in a long time.

please share You will look GREAT in Air-Max!. Do not change anything about the shoe itself and add jelly "anywhere". The usual sole is not very attractive.

Very comfortable and true to size but only lasted 4 months. I bought these for my son and he wears them every day but now they have holes in his toes and are very worn. I probably won't buy again.

The sole is a bit softer than other Nikes I've had in the past so they feel cheap and my feet get tired quicker when walking.

I have a couple of Revolution 4s that I've been downloading for the past three years. To this day they are good lickers. Fits well and washes well. Wear them so many times the pants wear out but they are so comfortable. The new ones are an update for me, great material, light weight and just snuggle up to your feet from walking. Love her!

It couldn't be more comfortable, but it doesn't have a reinforced toe box, just a thin fabric that sits across the top of the shoe. So this is the first pair of shoes I've ever owned that has a hole in the toe. I really wish I could wear them longer but I don't want to look more of a tramp than I already am :(

Not only did this item arrive in a completely damaged box, it also came with tags obscuring other tags. It's almost like a supplier or seller selling it as an item on eBay. Terrible. The product is not true to size. I ordered 10, the forefoot didn't fit the shoes either.

I love these sneakers that go with everything... workout clothes, jeans, shorts and even a cute casual shopping dress worth every penny☺️👍🏼

I've had them since December 2019 and have been wearing them about 3-4 times a week for moderate weightlifting and sometimes 5k (1-2 times a month on average). The shoes still look and feel good and the soles are still fully attached (which is rare for me after 2 years) although the tread is clearly worn (as expected). I would buy them again if I had the chance!

I was really looking forward to wearing these cuties in Hawaii. I wear 8 in women's shoes and ordered 6.5 because they say they are MEN! Shoes. They were too small and looked dirty where the gray was. I would not recommend it to anyone, I should have known better to buy a pair of famous brand tennis shoes on Amazon. Now I know better! 🧐

These shoes sit high on my heels which causes the shoes to rub the heel a bit. I missed my return window so I'm hoping to get used to it. Otherwise they appear to be comfortable shoes.

I wear shoe size 10.5. This size 10.5 shoe feels like a size 9 shoe trying to choke my foot in two different directions. Also for the price I expected more from a shoe but it's really basic and not very comfortable. These shoes basically do everything wrong, even if they are overpriced.

My husband loved them - in less than 2 months. He used it for morning walks and one day felt excruciating pain in his heel. It turned out that the fabric inside the boot was torn and the pointed part of the structure came out. In a few months! Extremely disappointing to say the least.
