It looks like three belts but in fact there is only one buckle to remove from the belt where it is screwed and glued to another. So you can only use one at a time. I wasn't aware that this was the case. I suppose if I had read more closely I might have spotted it. Also, the straps are too long for the intended size. For example, I ordered the 36" straps, which easily fit a 42" waist, meaning the extra strap goes almost halfway again.
