I was looking for a sports bra that would provide everyday support without the awkward tightening of bandages. This is the best I've found. They are undersized.

This is a good bra with light to medium support, recommended for women with small breasts for support. Note: This bra size runs VERY SMALL. I'm 5ft 4in, 135lbs, 34B and had to buy a size up to fit without being too tight (and it's still too tight). I always wear medium sized sports bras, so I recommend getting at least one size up from your usual size.

I only wear sports bras so I'm kind of an expert :) This bra offers good support and washes well. I hang it to dry and fluff it up in the dryer when it's dry. I wear it to workouts but can no longer engage in any active activity so I can't confirm its support for plyometrics, running etc.
