I love the look of these shoes and the thick heel loop makes them easy to put on and take off. They are very convenient to train, they are great for weightlifting and cardio training. The placement of the laces isn't the same as most running shoes, providing a snug fit that doesn't move during a workout.

I have never had a shoe that hurt my feet. Wow. I am an avid walker/runner; These shoes blistered my arches. The heel slips off too easily and causes blisters on the heels. Even in thick compression stockings. I do not recommend this shoe.
