Product satisfying the quality of the product, good price.

The best option for the price. For vacation or home photos, it is not suitable because of the quality of the pictures. I used this camera as a working camera when shooting cargo, inspecting ballast tanks, etc. The camera was both in silt and in cold water and beat against iron during the descent along the vertical ladders and withstood all the tests. Let's see how long it lasts!

Pros
  • Waterproof and impact resistant. A good choice for surveyor work. Withstood many drops and dives in the input.
Cons
  • All inscriptions and markings on the case were almost erased in 4 months. The battery doesn't last very long. I recommend buying a spare. Takes a very long time to recharge the flash, which greatly slows down the speed of reporting or fact-gathering work when working on the move. A year later, there was a problem with the inclusion. Interference appeared on the screen and these interference remained in the photo. It is treated with a light blow on the end of the camera from the side of the battery if pulling out the battery did not help.

Overall I'm happy with this camera

Overall I'm happy with this camera although I know it doesn't produce ULTRA Hi-Res images like my DSLR . The instruction to get rid of ALL grains of sand where the seal is is not a joke. I somehow let some sand in and the next time I used it underwater it leaked a little. The screen fogged up and I thought I screwed it up. But after thorough drying and care, everything is fine.

Pros
  • Weight: Approx 177g (including battery and memory card)
Cons
  • Sharpness

Not waterproof in my experience

This camera is NOT waterproof. Well maybe if you drop it in a puddle. I took it snorkeling and within the first 20 minutes it became cloudy, condensed and was virtually unusable. So very disappointed. I tested it on dry land first and the pictures were as good as a regular camera and I liked the Wi-Fi feature where the photos are automatically sent to your phone. But I bought it for snorkeling. I stay on the surface and never leave the surface, so I'm very disappointed to now have a practically

Good underwater camera but watch out for the glass lens window.

Bought this for my daughter's birthday. We tried it in the pool and it was great! In fact, I liked it so much I bought another one and we got some great photos on our recent snorkeling trip to Mexico. A word of warning. The glass over the lens scratches easily, so take good care of it. No way to protect it (hence the 4 stars). So keep it in a suitcase when not taking photos or you'll end up with some artifacts on your next outing. For this reason I rarely use it out of the water, but for the…

Total disappointment for me

Despite the fact that other reviews about it are generally good, I was disappointed with it. The image quality is quite good, but the photo takes a long time. About half the time he is slow to respond. I caught myself clicking the image button and nothing happens. The decisive moment was today, the last day of a beach holiday, condensation has formed in the lens, it is completely fogged up and therefore unusable. I wouldn't recommend it, which is unfortunate considering it's a Nikon. I would…

Not my best purchase, you could have found something else.

I was given a camera instead of my last soap dish, which was 12 years old-). The only thing that stopped suiting me in it, just like in a soap dish - the battery began to hold a charge, well, maybe 1-2 hours, and this is not enough. In addition, I thought that over the past 12 years this segment has developed and the quality of the photo will be even better. Although, I repeat, the quality suited me . I won’t describe here for a long time, I’ll just write: photos in daylight are very grainy…

Pros
  • Just figure out the settings. Bright colors - on vacation it is convenient to find a camera among a pile of vacation items-). Waterproof (according to the manufacturer)
Cons
  • Photo quality.

I recommend to buy, the product is of high quality.

Four previous cameras died at the hands of man. There are three children in the family and sand, dust, falls did not allow the devices to live for more than a year :) We often shoot both at home and in nature. I looked in the direction of action cameras, but when I went to the store to buy, held it in my hands, I realized that in a protective box this thing would look ridiculous in the hands of my wife filming a matinee in kindergarten. Without boxing, the action camera looks normal, but the…

Pros
  • Protected The standard charger is suitable for mobile phones. There are no tricky settings, just press the button. Convenient separate buttons for photos and videos.
Cons
  • Shooting at dusk.

I am satisfied, the product fully corresponds to the description.

In general, a good toy. Used for 3 vacations. So far there have been no problems, but after the sea, be sure to rinse with fresh water. Compared to action cameras, it is more sensitive to dirt in the water. A narrower focus at the same time will not allow you to shoot beautifully "in full growth". As for the quality of the pictures, I did not notice any problems, if the conditions are normal, then the pictures are excellent. In this regard, Nikon justifies the brand.

Pros
  • For underwater photography, that's it. Can also be used on the surface. Video - full HD. Shoots well.
Cons
  • There is no stabilization at all. Big minus.
