Purchased to replace faded standard trailer taillights. I'm a big fan of Nilight products. They were easy to install, super bright, the LEDs are spot on. Severely reduces visibility, especially in daylight. I've posted photos of old and new headlights to highlight the increase in brightness. Costs money!

These are really tough trailer lights. A few days ago I noticed one of my trailer lights had cracked badly so I looked around and ordered them and they worked great and they have a ground wire. This is great because my kayak trailer was heavily baked enamel and I had to run the ground wires out the back or they wouldn't work and with the ground wire I couldn't connect the bottom to the mounting posts which resulted in a cleaner install.

LED manufacturers pride themselves on their longevity. True, LEDs will probably last almost forever. BUT, the wiring on them is boring. I bought mine at the end of March this year, the right tuber has already died. It's not just the trailer's wiring (power goes to the entry station). It is the headlight's internal wiring that is faulty. As far as I know, it cannot be repaired. The parking light still comes on, but the tail light (running, turning, braking) does not light up. Another great product from Nilight! I bought my first product (Cube Lights) for the price but I'll be back for the quality! These lights are just what I needed to replace my old cracked, faded and broken trailer lights. They are 3-4 times brighter than my old headlights! I like the wire channels and liner to dampen some of the vibration and metal contact for mounting. I was impressed with the build quality and overall appearance and having been told they were waterproof decided to give them a try. I have submerged them in water for more than 5 minutes while they flashed and they still work as intended. They were very easy to install because I wired them the same way as my previous lights and because they have a built in wire slot I didn't pinch the wires. I wish they had a template with them to make drilling holes easier, but that's just being picky. Finally

I have to say they are twice as bright as my old ones and my old ones were the brightest I could find anywhere. The braces are perfectly spaced and have an integrated cushion to keep the plastic from sticking to the metal, eliminating areas of vibration. They switched quickly. The only thing I would change is that the ground wire lug does not match the ground post of the lamp (see photo 3).
