I love how easy this coffee maker is to operate. It brews drip coffee well. The specialty brew option is perfect to make espresso drinks at home with ease. The built in frother is a nice addition.perfect to make latte and cappuccino. It is very user friendly. It was a nice upgrade and I would recommend this to others.

We never used it, but I’m sure it would have lived up to the Ninja name as we have several other Ninja products. We only returned it due to, it was not the look or size we wanted, no fault of the machine.

I love that it isn't as bulky as the older model, the water reservoir is so much easier to fill without water spilling all over. It may seem small but great idea putting the scoop on the other side. Overall this is just a better model than the older one, and hope to get a lot of years out of this one like the last.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my daughter. A million dollars couldn't have made her happier! Well worth the price. That's my feedback.

We use this daily. The buttons are not very intuitive. It's easy to use and makes fun drinks for days you need a boost. Never had one problem with it.

This makes latte making incredibly easy. The automatic milk frother has a detachable whisk for easy cleaning.The options for brewing multiple cup and travel sizes versus 1/2 or full carafe are awesome.The favor is amazing and rich.It's also easy to clean and reset.
