Faulty or a scam good for me

Battery is definitely not 2000mah and if so then i got a bad battery. Since my original 3ds battery is expanding and still holds a charge more than this one. Again my old 3ds battery was only 1300mah and this claims 2000mah

  • The tool given is a Phillips head, not Nintendo’s tri head.

Works but don’t hold a charge

I received this item and it dose work but it only holds a charge for 2 hours so just keep that in mind when thinking about purchasing this item. I’m not mad just was a little Disappointed in the batteries life since it was supposed to be bigger than the factory one.

  • The last battery I had exploded and this worked perfectly as a replacement.
Cons
  • I'm sure it's a great battery it just doesn't fit my device

Safety hazard in my review

Battery is profusely swelling, luckily I took the back of my DS off 2 days after the return window. At least I won't burn my house down.

Pros
  • My son loves it. He needed this for his ds game and it works great.
Cons
  • Do not use the screwdriver provided. It will strip your screws

It definitely works

Not the best battery life, but any battery life is better than my 3DS not working. Its about 2 hours or more, but definitely not less than that. Screwdriver is very useful as well.

Pros
  • As advertised and simple to install. Has been holding charge like it should.
Cons
  • The battery appeared smashed and did not work. It was defective.

Battery would not charge in the 3ds

I was able to get everything open with the screwdriver, but the replacement battery wouldn't actually charge. I guess 5 stars for the screwdriver, 0 for the battery.

  • Worked just fine for my HP laptop
Cons
  • Does not charge at all, battery is doodoo.

Bought 2, didn't work

I bought this based on the reviews but my 3DS didn't detect the new battery. It wouldn't even attempt to charge. The charging light would flash for 5 seconds then turn off. This is the same thing that happens if you plug in the charger without a battery. revain sent me a replacement but I had the same issue. Not sure if I just got a bad batch, but I cannot recommend this as of this writing.
