Waste of money: tools and equipment

Do not buy. Both expanders expired in less than a week. The clamp used to connect the pipe to the elbow is very cheaply made and will not last long. Don't expose them to your RV SAFETY RISK.

Pros
  • good thing
Cons
  • old

They leaked! about tire repair tools

I've been a professional mechanic my whole life and I couldn't get these things to stop the air leak. I put them on all four of my dual tires and within a day two out of four were flat. Waste of money and a big waste of time.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • New competitors appeared

Bad experience

While they appear to be well made, both leaked air from one of the pivots (not on the stem) after installation and the stays supplied are not universal and will not fit my car rims. I would send them back but shipping would cost me $4 for a $9 return.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Nothing here

You have leakage problems.

I bought these 6 months ago for our motorhome, they fit well. The problem with this is that they leak where the male end connects to the hose, as you can see from the bubbles in the photos. It's been 6 months I can't get them back so wasted money.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Some cons

Flexibility and high quality

Bought for the inside tires on my Thor motorhome. It was too long for my tires but the quality is great and they have flexibility which is what you need when checking tire pressure. Although they were too long for my MH, I rate them for their quality. Be sure to measure the wheel valve extension correctly before ordering.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Has problems

Good for my purpose.

I bought these to inflate my motorcycle tires. My valve position prevents me from using an inflator with a built in pressure gauge, so I put it on for easier access. I don't leave them on the bike, I only use them when inflating. I've noticed that they can and do leak, which seems to be the most common complaint, but they work well enough for my needs - I just played around with them until they got relatively tight. I keep one in the garage and the other in my saddlebag. However, I wouldn't…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Reliability
