Ideal for the grandmother rushing home

Grandmother was happy to see actual photos of children and grandchildren. Grandchildren really like to send real photos. It helps everyone to communicate and stay better connected in our shared world.

AFTER THAT LARGE SPACE YOU HAVE TO PAY

This is a great frame but 2 months later I find out you have to pay to upload photos after 10GB of photos. It's not listed in the frame description, and now I'm too far gone to go back. I tried contacting support and hung up. Not a very happy customer!

This fame makes it easy to share photos from my phone

I really like this frame. The resolution is excellent. It also makes it very easy to quickly share photos from my phone that I have locally or on an account. I was also able to share this with my wife so she can do the same. I really think I'll give them away for Christmas this year.

You must get this!

I ordered a previous version of the 13" Nix monitor and was not happy with the display. They were LCD monitors, like monitors from 10 years ago. and after some searching I found this one and ordered it for comparison. Difference from day to night (mind you I'm a photographer). This seems like a good buy so far. FWIW, the customer support has been great up to this point! Highly recommended.

Cannot easily email photos as advertised.

I was so excited to send my grandparents new pics so they have something to look forward to every day. No luck! The packaging makes it sound like you can just email the photos to the frame and the new photo will appear - that's not true. A Frame owner has to go through at least four steps in a very clunky app to add photos to their playlist. Only for the very tech savvy, not the average grandparent. Pity!

Easy interface with smartphone and laptop

The device comes with clear instructions, which at first glance seem complicated due to the many steps involved. However, the printed instructions, on-screen instructions, and information on the website helped me step-by-step through the entire process. It took a few minutes, but I was quickly able to download about 200 photos from my laptop to view on the device. My mother was an amateur photographer and when she passed away in 2017 I was left with around 2,000 photos that she had taken over the years (prints, not digital). I bought my sixth digital picture frame. I have given them to my children's families and they are precious possessions.
