The description specifically says "true to size". I wear jeans 36. I ordered a belt in 42 and it closes on the second largest hole. upset

I've bought a few new harnesses lately but this is probably the best. I wanted a simple buckle and this one is pretty simple. I also bought a large buffalo buckle just in case. Looks good on everyone.

Not only is this belt perfect for comfort, it's mine! It completes my wardrobe with that special country style. I love the design from the buckle to the end. If you wear blue jeans, then this belt is for you!

This is a very good leather belt that other brands are asking at least twice as much. I wear it often and it seems to be holding up very well. I use it as a rifle sling and it's pretty strong.

It has buttons so you can use your own belt buckle. Order 2 inches longer than your waist measurement no matter what high waist, low rise, etc. you wear. Whatever it is, add at least 2 inches. Very durable and well made.

Excellent belt. The width (thickness) of the belt is large, which makes it durable. A nice belt too. Contrast stitching and an embossed pattern make it stand out. I bought a set of buckles to complete it and now it's perfect.

The straps are carefully made and will last a lifetime as you gain or lose weight. Put simply. Get the right waist size, no matter what waist size, add 2 inches and you will not get lost and have a good fit.

Nice belt - I sent it back as it was too big. I read a review that said instead of using a size, measure the length of the belt you currently have. So I ordered 42 instead of 38. It was too long so I sent it back and will order 38 again. Nice belt.

I'm a fan of Nocona belts and have several of them. I had not a single wear or, in the case of beads, not a single beadwork. So it's been a while since I've ordered one. What you should look for is the length, if it says 36 inches it means that this is the total length of the belt, not that it is designed for a 36 inch waist. At my 34" waist, this meant I had a belt buckle hole - I prefer the longer length past the buckle. However excellent quality.
