🌀 Noctua NA-SFMA1: Transform Your Watercooling Setup with 140 to 120mm Fan Mounting Adaptors (2 Pieces, Black) Review

I sawed the racks off with a grinder, then sanded and polished the plastic with a lighter. Very strong, very tight tolerances look great. well made and looks better than Bgear fan shrouds although they may be better for airflow.

Worked well, of course I had to order the correct fans first but this one worked. Read my other fan review which uses two 120mm Noctuas in a Corsair h110igtx heatsink. Nothing else can be heard! Surprisingly quiet and runs 5 degrees (c) cooler

Well before I bought it I looked at the reviews and saw some negatives and just thought maybe they sent the wrong product. They didn't. This item is not compatible with Noctua NF-A12x15 fans. (Noctua should be making them for low-profile fans, not smart of them not to). until I had something that would work. NF-A12x25 does not fit flush in the adapter. Rubber "screws" leave a gap on 4 sides. The purpose of the adapter is to maximize the use of the static pressure of the NF-A12x25 in the 140mm radiator fan opening. This adapter does not fit into the NF-A12x25 flush adapter. When I wanted to take the fan off to see it, I was able to better install it, the "rubber" screws broke.

The frame is strong and slightly wider than traditional fans. Tool-free rubber screws break too easily. Luckily I had others that worked well. Half of them broke when installing new Noctua fans. But they are great
