You get what you pay for

I can't say enough good things about these fans! The only drawback is the lack of color selection, I would rather have black than brown. I have 4 of these units to replace push-pull CPU heatsink fans on 2 PCs. Each fan comes with a variety of cable options, including splitters and extensions. They have gone to great lengths to ensure your purchase does not require 1 or 2 trips to your local electronics store for adapters for your PC. The fans themselves are incredibly balanced, but the…

Quiet and Efficient

I bought one first just to make sure it was really quiet as I have a history of noisy fans and it doesn't get in the way at all. Cooler for my Corsair water cooling and has been working great for a few months. It wasn't knocking, just the sound of air. The reason I even replaced my old fans was because of the noise and it might get loud at my mic but these are very quiet and people can't hear them when you're chatting. It also helps reduce gain, but that's a different matter. They're well made,

very good fan overall but overall not a great fan considering the price

Yes it's a good fan and overall I'm happy with it but. I replaced the old CPU fan with this one. The old fan, which was also quiet (though not as quiet as this one at the same speeds), lasted 5.5 years and still seemed to pump more air at the same speeds. I then monitored the CPU temperature to make sure everything was fine. To my surprise, the temperature was noticeably higher than before, albeit within what is considered normal. In order to get the temperature down to the level it was before…

I can seriously recommend Noctura fans.

So they were bought to replace the stock fans on the Corsair H100i cooler. I've had the build for a few years but I've always kept the PC in an open space and noise hasn't been an issue. I also had a case where the cooler was mounted vertically across the back. I recently upgraded to a new top mount case and brought it into my living room. The standard fans are a bit noisy at first, but when mounted on top the bearings made a weird humming noise that annoyed me to no end. The fans can become…

  • Brilliantly made

Very quiet but better than the A series, these plastic parts are coated

Like many fans, these fans come with mounting screws. When mounted on a case, the fans have no mounting threads, instead screws are screwed into the fan by the user. The problem is that this can result in bits of plastic from the shredded plastic fan housing. In my case (no pun intended), these fans splattered chunks of plastic over the course of a few weeks. I found small parts on my GPU. I ended up removing them fearing they would end up in the fan or GPU/GPU fans. I replaced them with…

Not exactly as advertised, it's about sound signature, not DB

It's not as quiet as advertised. Especially at top speed. But they look solid and high quality. Before that I had Corsair ml120. The ML120s could run at much higher RPMs, so they ran much better, but they were very noisy when running at maximum RPM. I have 4ml120, I've been using it for over a year. One of them started rattling too much, I had to remove it and use a regular fan. But it was only after a few months that the other one started to rattle a bit at low revs, which annoyed me. They…
