The fact that it is free for basic usage (free plan), that you can easily integrate with other third party products like Slack or Dropbox etc., which makes life easier as I am using many of these applications daily in my job role - its seamless integration across all platforms including mobile devices/apps has been one benefit to me so far (I have used this product since before Node got acquired by Joyent).
