I bought 3 packs of these straps for my fitbit charge 3. They are very soft and comfortable. I really like the colors - blue-grey, blue and black. I may have to buy other colors. I really like that they are tapered which makes the bracelet more suitable for a woman's wrist. And they match the Charge 3 perfectly. I highly recommend them. I don't know how long it lasts, but what can you do wrong at this price?

Much less bulky than the original band and easy to fit. Arrived quickly and well packaged in bubble wrap. The envelope is recyclable. The only problem is that the small of this brand is shorter than the original strap. You may need a larger size if you are on the border between sizes. See photos for comparison. Deviation of at least 1/4 inch. Otherwise this would be a 5 star rating.

I bought these straps to replace the Charge 4's stock rather large/wide and uncomfortable strap. I didn't care that they were marked as women; As a male athlete, all I really cared about was fit, comfort and durability (to endure long miles and lots of sweat). After 2 weeks and 80+ miles these strips held up with no issues. I will note (see attached image) that the red and gray are a little off. Gray is closer to a tan and red is closer to a deeper red.

My own strap on the Charge 3 started to snap after 10 months of wear. I bought these 3 packs because they are thinner than the original strap and they also have small holes which I was hoping would help with ventilation. As long as possible. I have had several Fitbit watches and have often found soap getting under the band. Most of the time it wasn't a big problem. Lately the rash has lasted longer and seemed more likely to get bigger than go away with the usual topical ointment I put on it. I like the look of the straps - narrower width and feel. Besides, it didn't give me a rash. Not sure if it's because of the different material, the extra air holes, or the tightness of the strap.
