I received my device from a downloaded app specifically for this small device. It won't pair, so I charged. I checked the cables and the app again. I understand that customer support wants to troubleshoot, but a screenshot of it with a picture of it along with a picture of the invoice isn't worth the email hassles after the email asked for something. I'll contact Revain and see if they need it because it's not worth sending back.

The problem is that if it is lost the button on the tag is pressed too lightly and then the phone is called to find it. Mine works quite often when my keys are in my pocket. If you set them to [proximity alert, I think they call it that] when you forget your keys or your phone and you have more than one set of keys, then every time you walk very far away from another set of keys or the phone is replaced by one Alarm notification triggered. I was very disappointed with my purchase. My item was received on time which was great, but my device still wouldn't turn on.
