🔦 Nora Lighting NOX 563230 Baffle Retrofit Kit Review

Good light, direct replacement for original construction lights. One star deduction because of the relatively short lifespan for LEDs. I have to replace them exactly after two years.

Replaced the old one with the exact new one so no problem. Went to Home Depot but they didn't carry that brand which the electrician installed. Not sure why the last one burned out so quickly, about 2 months, we'll see how long this one lasts.

These were replacement bulbs that were installed in my new home and started flickering (or not working at all) after less than a year. Time will tell if this is an inherent problem with the product itself or just a few faulty lightbulbs out of about 50 that were originally installed in our home.

The builder installed these fixtures in our new home. Within a year, two of them failed. I replaced both with this item and now less than a month after installing this one mostly won't start. Definitely nothing besides the thousands of hours it's designed to last.

Let's get the good stuff out of the way. They look beautiful, darken beautifully, are easy to install and work well when they work. when they work. Too bad.
