Easier to fix than I thought. Found a how-to video on YouTube. Make sure you rotate down to show the opposite of how it will end, as this will stress the springs. Then turn them back, add screws and voila, my freezer door closes perfectly! But video for internal works the same way!

Received on time and fits like the OEM I replaced. I give it 4 stars because of the lack of instructions. Luckily someone had the same problem and posted a video on YouTube. It's best to use an awl or something small with a blunt end to push through the plunger/spring to remove the freezer door.

This will fix a broken spring in your Norcold RV fridge. The old builds broke after 9 years. We bought the motorhome new in 2011 and they broke down around the same time this spring. Fits perfectly, repair was quick and easy. We restored our freezer door to like-new condition and are ready to use.
