No guarantee, better buy directly from North Face website

The zipper on this backpack broke less than 6 months after purchase. Also, the shoulder straps are not as comfortable as other North Face backpacks I've had in the past. Overall I am disappointed that I bought it from Revain and will only buy backpacks directly from the company in the future. The north side is usually of better quality than this one.

Beautiful backpack🥳🥳

Absolutely satisfied with this backpack! It is very high quality and durable. It definitely won't tear in the middle of the year. It's also the perfect size. I was very worried it would be too big but it's almost the size of a Janssport which is a relief. It has 2 pockets, but also plenty of space for small things. The side pockets are not as roomy as I thought. They barely fit in my 21oz Hydroflask. But overall the backpack is sooo good and I will be using it for a long time.

Suitable for airliner seats.

I had a hard time finding a backpack that I knew would fit under an airplane seat. This is my first trip with Shut. While the third plane on this trip. I have everything I need for a four day trip so it's pretty complete. Fits under the seat. I had to turn it sideways to make room for my legs. I just discovered something else I like about this pack. Only two zippers, so I don't leave any pockets open so nothing falls out. The backpack is heavy but the straps are comfortable. I just discovered…

Perfect for college

I'm in college and if there's one thing I've learned, it's a lot of walking. Without the right backpack, this can hurt your shoulders and back. This backpack has great support so you can carry a lot of things without even feeling any pressure on your shoulders. I was really impressed with it. It's even great tuning stuff (as you can see from the patches I added)! The aesthetic of this backpack is very elegant and classic. I will say that the bag is somewhat compact. It can be difficult to put…

Bad Design: Backpacks

Reading the rave reviews for this backpack makes me think we just got a lemon. As with all North Face products the quality is excellent so I have nothing to complain about. It's just that the design is just awful. After my son carried it to 6th grade for two days, I realize I wasted my money. As mentioned in some other reviews, the backpack will not fit as the hard back is very high. He bends forward and then falls. There is only one "big" compartment and a very small half compartment in the…
