The quality is good but the shoulders are tight.

The jacket is of high quality but a little narrow in the shoulders. I usually have 2/xs and I returned xs for small. The jacket is unlined, but the material is dense. It goes well with a sweater in Nordic autumn weather. The length of the arms and body is great for those who are tall and have long arms.

Pros
  • Only positive
Cons
  • The price that beats the piggy bank

Nicely made, doesn't quite fit me

Advantages: No velcro (!), 2-way zip, very nice materials. Cons: Tight, not terrible, but not practical enough for layering (one size up for layering, but also exacerbates that problem); no belt or ability to tighten the waist on the inside so it doesn't have a proper shape, and no distinguishing marks on the outside mean it's pretty boring unless you can get it in a happier color than gray or get black.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • For old

LOVE but. in clothes

First I want to say I LOVE this jacket. I needed something that would keep me dry but still be semi-professional. I ordered this jacket in the middle of a week of non stop rain and the first class delivery really saved my life. However, after about a month one of the buttons on the cuff fell off. It doesn't really detract from the purpose of the coat, but it would be nice if a coat that costs more than $100 could keep its full appearance for well over a month with moderate wear.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Overall great but would have liked a bigger hood

The jacket is lightweight, fits well, keeps you warm and is waterproof. I am overall very happy with my purchase. The only thing I wish the hood was bigger. I can't use it when it's raining heavily because my face will get wet because the hood isn't big enough to hide it. Especially for a girl with long hair like mine, when I wear a ponytail or a bun, the hood doesn't even reach my forehead.

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • Some issues

Great functional trench coat with great lines

Bought for a trip with lots of walking around town and rough terrain in cool weather and little rain. I ended up wearing it almost every day. Like the sleek, non-boxy look. I really like the zipped pockets, both the outer and inner security pocket. I appreciated the extra length when the weather was a bit colder, wetter and windier than we anticipated. My husband said I was best prepared. I love dark indigo!

Pros
  • A dream come true
Cons
  • Secret

A typical North Face jacket! Always meets expectations.

Order the regular north face first because they are so big you can add a layer underneath. Goes well with this jacket. Hits just above the knee (I'm 5ft tall). At 140 pounds, the Large fitted perfectly, except the sleeves had to be hemmed two inches. My daughter's small size at 104 lbs. There's still room for both of us. Heavier than the Resolve jacket, lined (no mesh), yet breathable and waterproof. I bought this for London to keep warm and dry. 5 stars as usual.

Pros
  • Nice Appearance
Cons
  • Some Flaws

Has a double zipper! suitable for raincoats, raincoats and anoraks

LOVE! I went back and forth with this coat because I kept seeing people complaining that the zipper wasn't double sided. How much does it need to loosen at the bottom when you sit as this is a ditch. Well I decided to give it a try anyway and IT DOUBLE ZIPPER! I don't know if it's a new model or what, but it's perfect in every way. I also had a Colombian and it was so skinny and rough. It's beautifully landscaped and I love it. I wanted a trench coat as I have kids who get wet pants when I pick

The perfect raincoat!

Great jacket! The only complaint I have. It's a little tight if you actually have a butt, but this can be solved by unzipping the bottom of the zipper a bit. Now for size. If you want to wear this over something heavier like an oversized sweater, you'll definitely need to go up a size. I ordered the XS and it has a flattering fit. I'm 5 feet 5 inches and 110 pounds. I saw a review where someone complained that this jacket has no lining. That's right. This is an ordinary raincoat, which is just…
