My daughter was thrilled when this came out as the packaging and scent are perfect for a young girl but that was the end of the positive experience. We argued about it for a week because I insisted she not use it and she insisted she did but it didn't work. I have tried volume and several other similar brands but they always complained that they were sticky or difficult to apply. And indeed, heating or warming up before use isn't fantastic for these brands. I was happy to find this brand as it seems to work and my daughter says she feels a lot better. We're both sensitive to "smells" and lavender doesn't bother us (plus it doesn't last long). All in all a good aluminum-free deodorant for beginners.
