Description of πŸ’ͺ Revolutionize Your Workout with NOVA Three Labs Max Perform Powdered Preworkout (Grape) – Unleash Your Maximum Potential!

Branched Chain Amino Acids: BCAAs are composed of leucine, isoleucine, and valine, and are considered essential in that they must be obtained from diet. Supplementation causes increased protein synthesis, reduced Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) by preventing an influx of serotonin, and causes glycogen sparing during training, and increased glucose uptake after training. Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALCAR): Acetyl L-carnitine is an acetylated form of carnitine, which is broken down and used in the process of transporting fatty acids to the mitochondria for use as fuel. It also has a secondary, dose-dependent ability to increase lactate clearance. Caffeine: Caffeine is the most commonly used and studied over-the-counter stimulant. It works by antagonizing the adenosine receptors, there by causing increased alertness and wakefulness. This inhibition can also influence the dopamine, serotonin, acetylcholine, and adrenaline systems, thereby reducing RPE (rate of perceived exertion). Taurine: An organic compound that is found throughout animal tissue, it is often confused as being an amino acid, which it is not. Studies have shown benefits when combined w/ BCAAS to alter DOMS, and in isolation has anti-oxidant like effects without blunting exercise-induced oxidative adaptations.

Good material for sports nutrition

This is a feeling of very pure energy I get from the pre-workout. Mix well, tastes good. Will stick with this line of products.

Pros
  • Taurine: An organic compound found in all animal tissues, often confused with an amino acid, but it is not. Studies have shown benefits when combined with BCAAS to reverse DOMS and alone have antioxidant effects without attenuating exercise-induced oxidative adaptation.
Cons
  • Quick Guide

An excellent pre-workout complex with sufficient caffeine.

That was a great pre-workout for me. I particularly like that it contains less than 100mg of caffeine per serving. I also really like the taste of grapes.

Pros
  • Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALCAR): Acetyl-L-Carnitine is an acetylated form of carnitine that is broken down and used in the transport of fatty acids into the mitochondria for use as fuel. It also has a secondary dose-dependent ability to increase lactate clearance.

I really like the product and found that my .

I really like this product and find it improves my fitness results! I only wish there was a decaffeinated version that I could drink throughout the day. The grape flavor is also a bit intense for my taste, I prefer the half scoop flavor so I usually dilute my full scoop.

Pros
  • Branched-chain amino acids: BCAAs consist of leucine, isoleucine and valine and are considered essential because they must be obtained from food. The supplement causes an increase in protein synthesis, a decrease in perceived exertion levels (RPE) by preventing the influx of serotonin, and causes glycogen sparing during exercise and an increase in glucose utilization after exercise.

  • Something different
