Very unimpressed with the quality of this backpack. Of course it didn't cost a fortune so I wasn't expecting it to be premium when I ordered it. However, after two uses, the stitching on the top of the shoulder straps began to tear. The disappointing part was that it wasn't even carrying much weight when the straps started to loosen. First off I'm not keen on all the tactics but I need a sturdy bag with a million pockets and this fits the bill. With that, I LOVE this thing. Bought almost a year ago. It offers plenty of storage space and is a good size. I really enjoyed it until a few days ago. I have used it for light to medium duty maintenance of extra uniforms and toiletries in the fire department. I didn't use it for hiking or tactical purposes. The zipper no longer works properly and the bag does not close properly. It opens by itself and I can't use it now. One of the side straps also came loose about a month after purchase but I figured I could deal with it.
