The power pack has become a good replacement for the standard power pack. My only issue with the unit was that the main 24-pin connector came with a missing clip that secures the connector. Apparently it was broken before packing as it wasn't in the package so there was no shipping problem. The connector fits snugly so I decided to switch to a replacement without attempting to get a replacement. But I think it indicates poor quality control.

Power supply itself works fine. The purchase decision is usually made because your old power supply is really defective. You don't want to buy this, plug it into your Dell Optiplex and your computer will still have the same problem. A data point from my case: My computer is running 24/7.
