We used this product at our health system. They had no previous experience using them before but we provided training. There was little to dislike other than their support staff didn't help us enough during set up which took about 3 weeks. They were very slow in responding to requests. At first they said it would take just 30 minutes to set up an account but after 2 weeks of waiting still not completed.
